Glen Young, President, Owner/Operator A native of Vancouver's Lower Mainland, Glen is very aware of
the impact of climate on construction. Beginning his industry career
in 1980, he rounded out his extensive construction and supervisory
experience with a Carpentry Technical Qualification and at UBC's
Faculty of Applied Sciences. Moving from residential to commercial superintendent in 1992,
Glen has worked exclusively in building envelope management since
1998, involved in all aspects of new construction and restoration/remediation
projects. His exceptional ability to recognize the extent of moisture
problems without destructive investigation makes him a leader in
rain screen technologies. "Our goal is to provide professional and effective
maintenance, resulting in savings for our clients." Rick Dinsmore, Operations Manager Immersed in the construction trade since childhood, Rick began
his own career in Ontario in 1976, supervising numerous residential
and commercial projects and becoming owner/operator of a service/warranty
company for manufactured homes throughout western Canada. Moving to BC in 1992, he soon recognized a gap in the coastal
construction industry and devoted his career to envelope maintenance.
Working with strata councils, engineers, and consultants to resolve
moisture ingress issues, Rick provides a highly regarded proactive
approach. "When someone takes on a large investment like a home, they
have the right to be treated with respect - we treat their home
like our own." |
